WHY BOX NEEDS YOU
We are looking for an energetic hands-on individual with the people skills to work closely with our Workplace Services Manager in the Warsaw office. The Box Workplace Services team are the keepers, coordinators, and day-to-day managers of office spaces. We are part of Community and Impact Team that nurtures unique Box culture. If you like being surrounded by people, getting things done, meeting new, interesting people, please feel free to reach out!
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Cover the front desk Monday through Friday
Greet and securely check-in Boxers, vendors, customers, with a warm and friendly welcome
Work with building and Box Physical security to escalate issues appropriately
Help create a fun and exciting environment for Boxers by assisting with onsite event planning, coordination and execution
Support global Communities and Impact team on projects and events
Assist with deliveries, mail services, shipping, and receiving
Keep the office space tidy and presentable
Assist with ordering office supplies
Create and share internal communication (newsletter, slack communication)
Assist with office management responsibilities
Assist with vendor management (supervising work of vendors, daily contacts)
Supporting purchase process for other teams
Improving employee experience by proactively implementing new solutions
Support for furniture moves
Be a member of Emergency Response team
Be Box culture ambasador
General Boxers support (in-office and remote)
Support for WPS programs
Support for facilities operations (maintenance, repairs, audits)
WHO YOU ARE
Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Excellent organizational, time-management and multi-tasking skills
Ability to contribute successfully to cross functional teams
Unmatched desire to do what is necessary to support other Boxers
Must have strong customer service and a flexible approach to tasks
