The Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own Cleo’s pricing strategy, focusing on optimising user lifetime value (LTV) through tailored pricing, effective incentives, and scalable subscription models. This role will drive the development and implementation of pricing and discounting strategies to support Cleo’s growth objectives and user value delivery.
You will work across three main areas:
Incentives Management: Defining and testing incentive frameworks to drive user acquisition, retention, and monetisation.
Pricing Optimisation: Crafting dynamic pricing models tailored to user segments based on dimensions.
Tooling and Infrastructure: Building scalable pricing tools and systems to enable ongoing optimisation and alignment with Cleo’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement pricing strategies for diverse user segments, balancing freemium and subscription models to optimise value delivery and capture.
Develop and test incentive structures that maximise user lifetime value and drive meaningful impact.
Conduct hypothesis-driven experiments to identify optimal pricing and discounting models.
Build and scale pricing tools for broader organisational use, transitioning from scrappy testing to a systematic approach.
Collaborate with commercial, engineering, and analytics teams to align on revenue strategies and pricing guardrails.
Work closely with teams launching new products to integrate pricing strategies alongside product-market fit.
Ensure smooth integration of pricing initiatives into the broader user experience and subscription ecosystem.
Develop scalable infrastructure for pricing and incentives to support Cleo’s growth trajectory.
Proven experience in pricing strategy, ideally within subscription-based products.
Strong background in growth and activation frameworks, with a focus on dynamic segmentation and user lifecycle monetisation.
Track record of leading cross-company initiatives, demonstrating excellent communication and collaboration skills.
