What would you do? We help insurers redefine their customer experience while accelerating their innovation agenda to drive sustainable growth by transforming to an intelligent operating model. Intelligent Insurance Operations combines our advisory, technology, and operations expertise, global scale, and robust ecosystem with our insurance transformation capabilities. It is structured to address the scope and complexity of the ever-changing insurance environment and offers a flexible operating model that can meet the unique needs of each market segment. Com.Bkg- Loan/Lease Abstraction involves summarizing key information from loan or lease agreements. This process extracts important details such as payment terms, interest rates, and obligations. The goal is to create a concise and easily understandable summary of complex documents. This helps stakeholders quickly access and review essential information. It is crucial for effective management and decision-making in commercial banking. Manage OTC collection/disputes such as debt collection, reporting on aged debt, dunning process, bad debt provisioning etc. Perform Cash Reconciliations and follow up for missing remittances, prepare refund package with accuracy and supply to clients, record all collections activities in a consistent manner as per client process (tool), delivery of process requirements to achieve key performance targets, ensure compliance to internal controls, standards, and regulations (Restricted countries).

Roles and Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain P&C reinsurance treaties including proportional and non-proportional contracts (Quota Share, Surplus, XoL, Stop Loss). • Prepare and review reinsurance bordereaux, premium calculations, claims recoveries, and adjustments. • Perform reinsurance accounting and reconciliation between ERP systems, cedant records, and reinsurer statements. • Analyze reinsurance data to support placements, renewals, and performance reviews. • Coordinate with brokers, reinsurers, underwriting, claims, and finance teams to resolve queries efficiently. • Track outstanding balances, cash calls, and settlements and ensure timely follow-ups. • Support quarter-end and year-end close activities, audits, and regulatory reporting. • Maintain proper documentation of treaties, endorsements, and supporting workings. • Identify process improvement opportunities through automation and data standardization. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data accuracy and quality control.
