- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Maintain and enhance existing software components to improve performance and reliability.
- Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Siebel Configuration.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in customizing and configuring Oracle Siebel applications to meet business needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within Siebel environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Siebel with other enterprise systems.
- Good understanding of database concepts and SQL for effective data manipulation and retrieval.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Siebel Configuration.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
