We’re looking for a Business Development Representative to join our Switch Team, reporting to the Head of Exchange Transfers. In this role, you’ll help shape how we grow our corporate listings business by identifying opportunities and supporting senior sales executives in driving transfers from competing financial exchanges.
You’ll fit right in if you’re curious, collaborative, and love building relationships while learning about the ins and outs of capital markets in a fast-paced environment.

The base pay range for this role is $70,000 - $123,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth.
