What You’ll Experience

As an Operations Supervisor, you’ll work under the direction of the Operations Manager to lead a team focused on safe and compliant operations. You’ll be a visible presence at work sites, ensuring procedures are followed and providing real-time feedback to support continuous improvement.

This role offers the opportunity to coordinate training, delegate tasks, and support budgeting and forecasting efforts. You’ll help build a collaborative environment where safety, reliability, and performance are top priorities.

What You’ll Do

As an Operations Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Supporting safety, operational, and maintenance priorities under the guidance of the Operations Manager

  • Ensuring team members are trained to identify hazards and perform duties safely

  • Verifying all work is performed in strict accordance with policies and procedures

  • Maintaining a safe, secure, and motivating work environment

  • Supervising and auditing critical safety procedures with regular site presence and feedback

  • Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and routine cost analysis

  • Communicating outage plans to business partners to minimize customer impact

  • Promoting collaboration and information sharing across teams

  • Building and leading effective teams through workforce planning and career development

  • Delegating and coordinating work assignments

  • Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers

  • Managing costs through accurate planning, scheduling, and compliance focus

  • Analyzing processes and developing improvements and documentation

  • Acting as a subject matter expert or change agent for key organizational initiatives

  • Performing other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Minimum of 3 years in a supervisor or senior lead role

  • Minimum of 8 years of industry-specific operations experience

  • Valid State Driver’s License with a clean driving record

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • Strong project management, organizational, and interpersonal skills

  • Broad knowledge of pipeline operations, engineering practices, and regulatory compliance

  • Commitment to safety as a top priority

Preferred:

  • Associate’s degree

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting tools such as P&IDs, data historian process trending, SCADA, and analyzer systems
