This entry level position will assemble and package lateral flow product components used in the food safety industry according to Standard Operating Procedures. Ideal candidate will have an excellent attention to detail, ability to properly follow written and verbal directions without deviation, and calculate basic math. 

Schedule:

Monday - 1:00pm-11:30pm;  Tue-Thurs 2:00pm-12:30am

  • Possibility of additional mandatory/voluntary overtime hours as needed including possible mandatory weekend work
  • $14/hr + $0.50 shift premium

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Package devices through the use of some semi-automated assembly equipment
  • Assemble final product to be sold to customer
  • Label components
  • Accurately follow and complete SMP production paperwork instructions using GDP to record lot, quantities produced, scrap, and in-process
  • Dispense bulk solutions into final product packaging using automated pump
  • Parts Counting & repetitive work
  • Production focused work
  • 5S
  • Clean and maintain safe work environment at all times
  • May work at different stations as production needs require

*Other duties may be assigned as needed.  Occasional cross department work and/or training may be necessary.

Education and/or Experience:

High school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
