Location: Fusionopolis, Singapore 

About the role:  

Join ResMed as a PMO Analyst and play a pivotal role in managing our supply chain projects and initiatives. Your primary focus will be to enhance the customer experience by delivering projects on time and within budget, while ensuring stakeholder buy-in. You will provide valuable input to senior management on project priorities, timing, scope, resourcing, technical feasibility, and costing.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on project timelines and deliverables.

• Monitor and report on project progress. 

• Facilitate project meetings. 

• Coordinate project activities with cross-functional teams across time zones 

• Monitor projects through their lifecycle and budget tracking  

• Develop and monitor insights on budget spend, time tracking & project resources 

• Organize cross-functional activities to ensure project completion within scope and budget constraints. 

• Network with internal and external personnel in your area of expertise. 

Qualifications and Experience: 

• 4+ years of project management, coordination, project analysis & reporting experience. 

• Bachelor’s degree, in business administration, finance, engineering or related fields.  

• An expert coordinator, able to juggle multiple priorities, people, time-zone etc.

• Ability to work on problems of diverse scope, 

• Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. 

• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, collaborative environment. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Experience in analyzing project related data, using excel, BI tools is a plus.
