Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive enterprise‑level strategy for direct shared spend commodities, aligned with business growth plans.
- Lead long‑term capacity locking strategies with critical suppliers to support volume growth and demand volatility.
- Partner with business and commodity leaders to reduce lead times and improve supply responsiveness across the network.
- Drive total landed cost optimization using advanced sourcing strategies, should‑cost, and fact‑based negotiations.
- Align sourcing strategies across businesses to maximize scale leverage while respecting operational constraints.
- Lead supplier strategy including supplier segmentation, Long term Agreements (LTAs), market‑share alignment, and risk mitigation.
- Govern execution through clear performance metrics, opportunity tracking, and disciplined follow‑through.
- Act as a connector and integrator across sourcing, operations, engineering, and finance to ensure outcomes translate into business results.
