Job Responsibilities:

Resumen de la posición

El Ingeniero de Garantías Black Belt es responsable de identificar, analizar y resolver fallas de alta prioridad en el campo dentro de la división de tren motriz (Motor, Transmisión y Líneas de Transmisión). Utilizando metodologías Six Sigma Black Belt, este rol actúa como el "primer interviniente" ante picos de garantía, traduciendo datos complejos del campo en soluciones de ingeniería accionables. Liderará investigaciones interfuncionales estilo "Red X" para determinar las causas raíz e implementar acciones correctivas permanentes para reducir el CPV de garantía (Claims per Vehicle).

Responsabilidades

  • Investigación de causa raíz: Liderar investigaciones técnicas profundas sobre fallas complejas del tren motriz utilizando los marcos DMAIC y 8D.

  • Análisis estadístico de datos: Realizar análisis avanzados de confiabilidad incluyendo modelado Weibull, análisis de tendencias y predicciones de tasas de fallo para cuantificar la magnitud de los problemas en el campo.

  • Gestión de garantías: Monitorear bases de datos globales de garantías para identificar tendencias emergentes antes de que alcancen umbrales críticos.

  • Liderazgo Técnico: Presidir la junta de acción correctiva (CAB) para problemas de tren motriz, coordinando entre Calidad de Planta, Ingeniería de Diseño y Proveedores de Nivel 1.

  • Pruebas y Validación: Supervisar la revisión de diseño basada en resultados de prueba (DRBTR) y pruebas de hardware en el bucle para replicar fallas del campo en un entorno controlado.

  • Involucramiento del proveedor: Impulsar la responsabilidad con los proveedores externos cuando los componentes no cumplen con los estándares de durabilidad, asegurando el cumplimiento de APQP y PPAP para piezas de reemplazo.

Habilidades técnicas

  • Certificación Six Sigma Black Belt: Shainin Red X, dominio de Minitab o software estadístico similar.

  • Experiencia en Powertrain: Comprensión profunda de motores de combustión interna y lógica de transmisión.

  • Metodologías de Calidad: Conocimiento a nivel experto de PFMEA/DFMEA, APQP y técnicas de resolución de problemas Shainin Red X.

Escolaridad y experiencia requerida

  • Educación: Licenciatura en Ingeniería Mecánica, Ingeniería Automotriz o carrera afín con título y cédula profesional. Maestría es un plus.

  • Experiencia: Más de 5 años en calidad automotriz, específicamente dentro de un entorno reactivo o de respuesta rápida.
