Description:

Translates the scope of work into actionable work plans and drives plans to completion

Monitors progress towards target dates; writes project documents and tracks development timelines

Manages the day to day execution of client projects; conducts meetings and presents materials to the client

Provides leverage to team in selling projects and developing scope of work

Facilitates usage of project budgets

Serves as a day to day senior client contact

Conducts advanced analysis using relevant computer models and databases to provide high-level solutions for the client

Applies advanced knowledge and expertise towards directing team to design and develop databases, models, methodologies and solutions based on client data, documents and verbal descriptions of data and operating practices

Prepares reviews for more junior employees

Coaches and mentors employees to enhance professional growth and personal development.

The applicable base salary for this role is $239,200.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
