Leverage all technology offerings to expand the scope of technology work at the account (up-sell/cross-sell). Create the technology account plan and get the right people involved to maximize the opportunity and build the account.

Summary: We are looking for an experienced Embedded Systems Manager with strong expertise in Media platforms, Set-Top Boxes (STB), Smart TVs, and Embedded Devices. The candidate will lead technical teams, drive solution design, and support delivery for complex embedded and multimedia systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead and manage embedded engineering teams delivering Media, STB, Smart TV, and IoT/Embedded Device solutions - Own end-to-end delivery including requirement analysis, design, development, integration, testing, and deployment - Provide technical leadership in Advanced Embedded Systems architecture and design - Drive code quality, performance optimization, and system stability - Collaborate with product owners, architects, and client stakeholders - Support external hiring, EI interviews, technical evaluations, and SCP readiness - Mentor team members and build embedded engineering capability within the unit - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices Professional & Technical Skills: - Strong experience in Embedded C / C++ - Hands-on experience with Linux / Embedded Linux - Experience in Media frameworks (GStreamer, FFmpeg, OpenMAX, etc.) - Expertise in STB / Smart TV platforms (Android TV, RDK-V, Linux-based TV platforms) - Strong understanding of SoC architectures (Broadcom, Qualcomm, MediaTek, NXP, etc.) - Experience with device drivers, BSP, bootloaders (U-Boot) - Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, RTP/RTSP, HDMI, DRM) - Experience with version control and CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, etc.) Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Advanced Embedded System Engineering. - Experience with RDK, Android AOSP, Yocto - Knowledge of OTT streaming platforms and DRM technologies - Exposure to IoT and edge devices - Client-facing experience and presales support - Experience in Agile / SAFe delivery models
