The Position

Enterprise IT is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join the Global Finance Value Team, focusing on the Order to Cash (OTC) process. You will identify, analyze, and resolve complex business challenges related to OTC processes and products.

As part of the Enterprise IT Order to Cash Product Line, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers and business users to translate business needs into actionable product requirements, prioritize features based on impact and user feedback, and lead key projects and change initiatives such as eInvoicing and digitization efforts.

What will you do?

• Coordinate with business stakeholders to manage specific OTC process areas (e.g., Order Management, Billing).
• Lead small projects as an analyst, project manager, or subject matter expert.
• Apply structured methodologies to discover, document, and manage business processes, user needs, and stakeholder requirements, including opportunity statements and use cases.
• Translate business needs into actionable product requirements and maintain product backlogs aligned with the product roadmap.
• Partner with Finance and IT teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
• Leverage business insights to inform solution design and prioritize features that deliver value.
• Utilize existing IT solutions and communities to benefit stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with the SAP Platform Team on delivery, testing, hypercare, and ongoing support.
• Follow Product Model principles to maximize value delivery.
• Manage budgets, prioritize initiatives for maximum ROI, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required

• 3-5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years as a Business Analyst using Agile methodologies
• Proven experience in IT, including software development lifecycle and business process design
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to simplify complex problems and identify pain points
• Ability to adapt quickly to evolving technologies and apply them to business needs
• Strong business acumen and collaborative mindset
• Experience managing relationships across cultures, geographies, and organizational levels
• Knowledge of SAP Order to Cash Billing and Accounts Receivable processes and their integration within SAP
• Willingness to travel up to 25%

Nice to have

• Agile and/or Product Management certifications
• Prior experience with Order to Cash business processes
• Experience working in globally distributed implementation teams
• Background in Life Sciences or Pharma industries with SAP experience
• Familiarity with Electronic Invoicing standards such as Peppol Exchange
• Experience working with outsourced support organizations for system and business services
