Revenue Management Pricing Analyst

Location: İstanbul, Kağıthane

In this role, you will support the Sales organization by reviewing incentive requests, analyzing pricing proposals, and ensuring that all agreements align with revenue management policies and profitability objectives. You will play a key role in balancing market competitiveness with financial performance.

This position is ideal for a data-driven professional who understands financial fundamentals and wants to influence commercial decisions that directly impact revenue and margin performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and validate incentive requests to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal guidelines

  • Conduct pricing analyses using revenue management tools and internal systems

  • Develop tailored pricing strategies for individual customer accounts

  • Prepare, document, and implement incentive agreements for approval

  • Benchmark sales proposals against competitive market rates

  • Provide pricing guidance and support to the Sales team, including appeal documentation

  • Monitor proposals throughout the bid cycle using pricing systems

  • Ensure alignment with revenue management policies and profitability targets

  • Utilize SQL to extract and analyze large datasets

  • Identify revenue leakage and margin optimization opportunities

  • Develop and present revenue performance reports and executive dashboards

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field

  • Strong understanding of financial terminology and core business concepts

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

  • Demonstrated SQL experience with large data analysis

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication

  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously
