About the role

As the VP of Wonder for Business, you will lead and drive the growth of Wonder's B2B function, setting a clear vision and strategy to expand this growing line of business. This will require the ability to take a business from early stages with established product and market fit, to mature enterprise levels in record time. You will manage cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Strategy, while owning the full P&L for the business. This is a high-impact role within Wonder’s Growth organization that requires a strategic, results-oriented leader with a strong background in B2B markets, experience owning and managing a business unit in a GM capacity, and a proven ability to scale businesses. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the GTM strategic vision for Wonder for Business, ensuring alignment with overall company growth goals and targets.
  • Own and manage the full P&L for the B2B business, overseeing Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Strategy & Operations teams.
  • Build and maintain strategic enterprise level partnerships to drive growth across both existing and new market channels.
  • Directly manage the Enterprise Sales team, providing guidance on deal structures, customer opportunities, and sales strategies.
  • Drive operational efficiency and transformation across key areas like onboarding, order-to-cash processes, product distribution, culinary and operational execution.
  • Collaborate closely with Culinary Engineering and our Operations team to evolve Wonder’s product offerings and develop long-term growth roadmaps.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (Finance, Marketing, Production, Operations) to execute and support strategic initiatives. 

The experience you have

  • 10+ years of experience leading high-performing B2B teams, including experience managing enterprise sales functions.
  • Proven track record at a hyper-growth start-up or experience scaling a business from an early stage.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on inspiring and motivating cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, comfortable making tough decisions under pressure.
  • Ability to manage complex business relationships and drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives.

Base Salary Range: $275,000
