Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing system performance, and ensuring the seamless operation of applications that are vital to business processes. You will engage in troubleshooting activities, utilizing your expertise to enhance system functionality and user experience, while also documenting findings and solutions for future reference. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of the software systems that support the organization s objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and be responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of system functionalities and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Transportation Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with A&D Aftermarket.
- Strong analytical skills to assess system performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving software issues in a timely manner.
- Experience with system integration and data flow management.
- Ability to document processes and solutions clearly for team reference.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in BlueYonder Transportation Management.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
