Operations Optimization and Enablement (OOE)

OOE is a newly formed team designed to drive change and implement Operations strategy.  Operations is helping to lead the Citi transformation agenda by rapidly scaling programs of work which will redefine core operations architecture and the processes they support.

The MTP (Manual Touch Point) Program is the delivery vehicle for adherence to Consent Order Sub-Clause V.2.d.i: Maximize straight-through processing and minimize manual inputting and adjustments.  The program is responsible for ensuring integrated governance to allow a joined-up delivery approach across the consent order ‘Romanette’ and alignment to Control / Risk.  Also responsible for the creation of a measurement framework that enables tracking of risk reduction tied to relevant STP metrics to show success, and the stand-up of an operationalization capability to ensure exit criteria are met and to demonstrate ongoing sustainability.

  • Implement Lean and /or Six Sigma methods to design and implement process efficiencies.
  • Understand and translate root cause analysis of Operational Risk and look to solve issues through process re-engineering.
  • Understanding of and adherence to regulatory related improvements.
  • Provide direction and oversight to project teams to design and implement solutions that meet applicable business requirements.
  • Measure process improvement benefits after changes are implemented.
  • Develop and execute improvement action plans.
  • Develop tracking tools and measures to support Continuous Improvement initiatives.
  • Develops business case justification for projects and initiatives.
  • Leverage resources and share best practices across all teams. 
  • Establish and drive productivity and process improvement pipelines across the firm.
  • Benchmark performance across teams to identify areas of opportunity and share best practice.
  • Partner with Enterprise Excellence and Technology Organization as an ambassador of firm capabilities.
  • Challenge the status quo to find ways to optimize performance to deliver results.
  • Build a PI/ CI culture across the organization.
  • Fill in as acting Program Director when applicable.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$170,000.00 - $300,000.00
