Responsibilities
Attend to agents and customers at the branch counter from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
Assist agents with follow-up on New Business, POS (Point of Sale) Administration, POS Benefits, and Claims AIRA documents.
Support MyCare channel and walk-in agents/customers in preparing Policy Sustainability Reports (PSE).
Address customer inquiries by explaining product plan features, plan benefits, and other related questions.
Study and understand older plans to effectively cross-sell for better customer benefits.
Participate in the conservation process, including pre-lapse, lapsed, and renewal benefit calls.
Ensure timely reporting by scanning documents and recording pending issues, following through based on the turn-around-time (TAT).
Review customer feedback from TNPS (Transactional Net Promoter Score) verbatims, provide feedback to close loops, and discuss further action plans with the supervisor.
Process policy servicing transactions from customers according to the agreed TAT and based on the authority given.

What we are looking for
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to understand and explain product features and benefits.
Proficiency in handling administrative tasks and documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferably Mandarin speaking.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Knowledge of insurance products and services is a plus.
