About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to lead automation initiatives in a collaborative agile team environment and ensure quality service delivery to the Wells Fargo networking teams.
Secure Network Innovation and Automation (SNIA) is responsible for network innovation, strategy development, driving key technologies, automation initiatives and network lab management. This position is open with the SNIA automation team who is responsible for providing automation solutions for network testing and system reliability engineering operations. The Automation team works collaboratively with lab infrastructure, site reliability and networking tower teams to automate network device configurations, device certification for upgrades or patch fixes and is also responsible for automating redundant Service Reliability Engineering (SRE) operations like device software and configuration management, compliance testing and reporting.
