Summary:
Hands-on ERP delivery owner who ships finance outcomes on Fusion Financials and connects ERP to the enterprise ecosystem using OIC, OAC, and OCI.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Deliver Fusion Financials workstreams aligned to CFO priorities and controls.
Build ERP integrations in OIC and support testing, cutover, and hypercare.
Partner with SCM/HCM/CX teams on cross-pillar flows (payroll, costing, revenue).
Enable reporting and dashboards in OAC (and FAW/FDI where adopted).
Drive quality through reconciliation, controls validation, and production readiness.

Prerequisite — Agentic AI & GenAI
Implement Finance copilots/agents for close, AP/AR exception handling, spend compliance, and policy Q&A—connected to Fusion Financials and orchestrated through OIC.
Build RAG for Finance (controls, policies, contract clauses) with strict access boundaries integrate approvals and audit-ready evidence capture.
Deploy on OCI Generative AI with secrets in OCI Vault and full telemetry via OCI observability.
Produce OAC dashboards tracking cycle-time reduction, exception volumes, cash impact, and adoption.
Extend designs to adjacent processes (Procurement, PPM, SCM/CX touchpoints) without breaking governance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Worked on AI projects and delivered outcomes
13+ years implementing Oracle ERP depth in Fusion Financials.
Hands-on OIC delivery working knowledge of OCI foundations and observability.
Comfortable engaging finance stakeholders and driving decisions on scope and trade-offs.
Quality-first mindset for auditability and close readiness.

Oracle Cloud modules
Deep: Fusion Financials (GL/AP/AR + in-scope modules) OIC OAC OCI foundations Procurement/PPM as applicable.
Breadth: OIC (Integrations) OCI (IAM, Networking, Logging/Monitoring, Object Storage, Autonomous DB where used) VBCS OAC Vault (as applicable). Cross-pillar touchpoints across the remaining Fusion pillars (ERP/HCM/SCM/CX).
