As Finance Partner you will be part of a finance partner team aligned to value streams in one of the pharma manufacturing sites, as well as support functions, ensuring delivery of financial targets by providing decision support, financial management and governance.

•          Scope includes: Providing value added decision and planning support to the business by making deep analysis of OPEX

•          Derive management insight based on standard management reports and knowledge of the business by providing special regular reports

•          share in month end close – internally

  • Correctly allocate monthly Site invoices into the correct CC and CE

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career.  These responsibilities include some of the following:

Key Responsibilities

  • finance partner to value stream operations and support functions providing embedded decision support, financial and option analysis and deep insight of performance delivery and resource allocations including PnL and B/S

    •           Support site finance partner in delivering site governance and other ad-hoc presentation creation

    •           Support embedding full financial ownership across the value streams and functions

    •           Actively contribute to delivery of site financial and business performance delivery of both operating profit and working capital targets

    •           Be point of contact for the business with financial issues and proactively support embedding of target operating model

    •           Take joint responsibility and accountability for decisions concerning overall business and be first point of contact for business colleagues with all financial issues

    •           Facilitate internal & statutory audits, serving as the focal contact point between the business and auditors including all Controls

    •     Send Regular, Ad-hoc reports for all stakeholders to make a full knowledge of OPEX

    •    Share in Plan / Updates making process across the full year.

    •    Play a key rule in observing the right OPEX Allocation To CCs and CEs on monthly bases

    •   Running Physical Count Reports / Lead the process.

    •   Running Controls Process / Complete Evidence.

    •   Running Capex Aspects for the site

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor’s degree of Commerce in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
  • 1-3 Years of Experience
  • SAP experience is preferred.
  • Excellent command of English.
