Job Description 

The Spare Parts Coordinator  assigned to the LPS team will be responsible for managing orders for spare parts from both the Network and the online system. They will report directly to the LP Management and will perform the following tasks: 

 

Main tasks 

Order processing: Receive, process, and manage spare parts orders from the Network and the online system, ensuring they are complete and accurate. 

Logistics coordination: Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of ordered spare parts to recipients. 

Supplier communication: Establish and maintain relationships with spare parts suppliers to ensure availability and quality of products, as well as negotiate any pricing and delivery issues. 

Inventory management: Constantly monitor spare parts inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess, ensuring adequate quantities are available to meet demand. 

Customer assistance: Provide support and assistance to customers regarding spare parts orders, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints promptly and effectively. 

Reporting and analysis: Generate periodic reports on order status, inventory, and Service/Aftersales team performance, as well as conduct analysis to identify areas for improvement and process optimization. 

Regulatory compliance: Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations and regulations, including those related to safety and data management. 

These responsibilities will enable the resource to contribute significantly to the success and efficiency of the Service/Aftersales team, ensuring quality service to customers and optimal management of spare parts-related activities. 

 

What do you need for this position? 

  • Previous experience in the role of at least three years 

  • Good knowledge of the English language, knowledge of a second language  

  • Good knowledge of Excel 

  • Knowledge of main computer tools 

  • Knowledge of ERP 

  • Profile completed with propensity for teamwork, dynamism, flexibility, organization, and planning.
