The Sales Analyst is responsible for driving business results through organization, data analysis, and strategic support to the sales team.

This position is related to the Key Account Manager area and is part of the Commercial area located in São Paulo and will be a face-to-face function, eventually requiring trips to Gemba. 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Engage with strategic customers
  • Facilitate decisions based on clear and objective analysis
  • Support the commercial team in internal activities – CPQ, Contracts, Sales Force, Approval Tracking, smartsheet, registrations, bonus requests, etc.
  • Ensure the organization and monitoring of contracts, deadlines and deliveries
  • Act as an interface between internal areas (commercial, financial, operations, etc.)

The essential requirements of the position include:

  • Support the management of the portfolio of strategic customers (Key Accounts)
  • Analyze sales, performance, and profitability data from accounts
  • Track KPIs and business goals, proposing corrective actions when necessary
  • Support the preparation of commercial proposals and negotiations
  • Ensure the organization and monitoring of contracts, deadlines and deliveries

Travel, Motor Vehicle Registration, and Physical/Environmental Requirements: if applicable for the position

  • Must possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

It would be a plus if you also have previous experience in:

  • Experience with Key Accounts
  • Knowledge of Power BI or data visualization tools
  • Intermediate or advanced English
