As procurement analyst you will play a key role for purchase order creation and maintenance in the division of Indirect for all the Americas regions. In this role you will be able perform procurement activities related to Indirect spend for both internal and external customers, blocked invoices troubleshooting, vendor claims and outstanding customer service support.

The impact you will make in this role

• Responsible to review and approve purchases orders/requisitions.

• Provide root cause analysis on open orders, shipments, backlog and accruals.

• Troubleshoot invoices with exceptions to ensure proper resolution.

• Knowledge of end to end of PO life cycle and focus on continuous improvement.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor High school/Technical/Vocational degree level or 1-2 years of University/College Education.
• Or 1-3 years of experience working in similar roles (STP, P2P or similar).
• Procurement, buying, order management, accounts payable experience.
• Advanced English level: B2/C1
• Customer service experience/good communication skills.

• Lean / Six Sigma Certified (Green Belt/Black Belt)
• Project Management certification
• SAP ERP MM/FI Experience
• Business Analytics and Power BI.
• Negotiation skills
• Intermediate/ Advanced Excel skills.
