We are seeking a skilled Android Developer to join our team working on next‑generation  Android‑based payment terminals used across the Asia Pacific region. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high‑quality applications and SDKcomponents that power secure and seamless payment experiences.
The role involves close collaboration with Business Analysts, QA engineers, product owners, and market‑specific teams to deliver features for new country rollouts and evolving business needs. Our codebase is primarily Kotlin, and our teams operate in a Scrum environment.

What will be your responsibilities:

Write clean and healthy structured, well documented and unit test covered code 
according to Agile Definition of Done. 
● Build future-proof reusable core code libraries, which can be shared throughout the Group, in-order to drive further efficiencies throughout the team according to internal guidelines.
● Drive consistent standards and approaches throughout the team
● Regular close cooperation with other teams from other countries in English language
● Participates in creation of designs and in discussions regarding conceptual approach to computer application solutions
● Develops parts of systems using general knowledge of Kotlin, Java, and related technologies.
● Provides true and complete information on the progress of work and performance of a task to his/her supervisor in the project or development team. 
● Build the solution with a focus on automation testing and stability
● Keep up-to-date with the latest software development technologies

What we need from you:

• Communication (internal in Agile team and cross teams)
• Issue solving
• Kotlin and Java language, OOP techniques
• Android platform, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines
• Javascript as advantage
• Teamwork 

​Education, Working Experience and Knowledge:

• ● Experienced in development for Android platform using Android studio
  ● Experiences with Javascript as advantage
  ● University/high school degree 
  ● Knowledge of generally binding regulations and company’s internal standards.
  ● Knowledge of company’s organizational and implementation processes.
  ● Good orientation in IT technologies and systems.

IT Skills and Knowledge:
● Communication technologies (TCP/IP, WiFi, GSM, SLL, etc)
● Client/server protocols, REST APIs
● Unit tests
● Security, UX and CICD as advantage
● EMV, PCI-DSS knowledge as advantage
