As Sourcing Lead for Express Lane EMEA, we’re looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial person to manage key elements of our sourcing, costing and responsive business process and strategy, supporting consumer-right product and profitability. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

EMEA Express Lane develops & leverages responsive capabilities & consumer connection to create incremental product opportunities that keep Nike at the forefront of trend in EMEA. As an integral part of the EMEA Express Lane team, you will work cross functionally with the Express Lane Product Creation team, and multiple geo and global partners. You will be the lead ensuring the creation and accurate execution of sourcing and costing strategies for multiple areas of the business, coordinating with various collaborators such as product creation, finance, supply planning and sourcing and manufacturing to select the most appropriate manufacturing source enabling product quality and pricing efficiencies. You will focus time and expertise to help the product teams assess tradeoffs between product cost/margin.  You will recommend alternative solutions (materials/construction) when product quotes exceed cost targets. You will help to balance our supplier loading by multi-sourcing product and aligning for trade benefits to manufacturing country of origin. You will be a critical player in leading change and managing and executing the end-to-end process of our most responsive business track partnering with key stakeholders across GEO’s and engaging with our key suppliers. You will facilitate cross functional brainstorming and decision making as we stand up new capabilities in the responsive business space.  

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

In this role you will report into the Express Lane Sourcing and Costing Manager.  You will partner daily with Express Lane Product Management, Development and Design. Throughout the season you will also collaborate frequently with multiple partners including sourcing, supply planning and finance. You will build strong relationships with our suppliers and represent Nike while engaging with external partners.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Extensive sourcing, costing, manufacturing or supply chain experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a great attention to detail
• Strong strategic vision and ability to think differently
• Self-starter with a proven track record of displaying strong business acumen
• Bachelor's level or a proven experience
• Advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills preferred
• Travel 5%
