This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which is comprised of Integrated Supply Chain, Facilities, and Security. This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities.
We are in search of an experienced Project Manager to support the evolution of our change management and change implementation processes. This individual will support the Operations and Business Unit teams with integrated engineering and manufacturing change management. You will establish standards, implement change management processes, and provide training to drive improvement efforts. You will collaborate with Manufacturing and Program Leaders, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production Control. In addition, you will support PMO Integration with maintaining command media for operating processes and approaches.

Travel expected up to 25%.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide guidance using best-in-class knowledge of engineering and manufacturing change management.
Develop change assessments and find alternatives to mitigate budget increases and its impact to the program, business unit, and enterprise.
Lead and present cross-functional initiatives for senior leaders.
Understand engineering drawings and basic manufacturing processes.
Own and drive projects from start to finish.
Lead quantitative and qualitative projects.
Dig into specific challenges of a process and communicate relevant information for senior leadership evaluation.
Lead, motivate and influence individuals and teams.
Lead the organization in change management with positive impact to the enterprise.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in business disciplines.
8+ years of relevant enterprise, operations, or program management/project management experience.
Well-developed project-management skills: organized and focused, showing attention to detail, and following up consistently to ensure results.
Excellent attention to detail; will manage both tactical and strategic-level information and manage all details. Excellent organization skills are a must.
Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, data.
Ability to balance technical, business, and organizational influences.
Demonstrated history of independent work, foreseeing problems, delivering on commitments, and accountability.
Experience in commercial aerospace and space programs with customer and delivery focused.
Experience in cost-benefit analysis and business case development.
Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion.
Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree/MBA in business disciplines.
10+ years of relevant enterprise, operations, or program management/project management experience.
Lean and Six Sigma certifications.
Program Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Compensation Range for:
WA applicants is $125,227.50-$175,318.50Other site ranges may differ
