Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various business requirements and designing solutions that align with client needs. The role includes coding and testing multiple components of application software, ensuring that the developed features meet quality standards. Throughout the day, the engineer collaborates with different stakeholders to maintain and enhance existing systems, addressing any issues that arise and implementing improvements. This position requires balancing development tasks with troubleshooting and refining software to support seamless client operations across diverse projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to promote continuous learning and development.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and deliverables effectively.
- Implement and configure Oracle Fusion Project Contracts
- Define and manage: Contract types (Fixed Price, Time & Material) ,Billing plans ,Revenue plans
- Configure contract lines and link them to projects
- Manage contract lifecycle: Contract creation,Amendment & versioning,Billing & revenue recognition

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ORacle fusion Project-based billing,Revenue recognition concepts,Project Contracts,Project Billing
- Strong experience in software development lifecycle including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience with debugging and troubleshooting application issues in a cloud environment.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and working with multiple client environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in software development.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financials Project Costing.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
