The Global Mobility Partner, Americas leads global mobility and immigration activities across North, Central, and South America. This role ensures compliant, efficient, and employee centric mobility and immigration solutions that enable the business to deploy talent globally in support of strategic and workforce priorities.
The position combines strong US and Americas immigration expertise with ownership of broader global mobility processes and case load, serving as a trusted partner to HR, business leaders, and employees.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end global mobility activities across the Americas, including international assignments, relocations, immigration, and repatriation.

  • Manage immigration processes with a strong focus on the US (e.g., H‑1B, L‑1, O‑1, TN, permanent residence), ensuring compliance with regional regulations.

  • Advise HR and business leaders on mobility strategy, assignment structures, and compliance risks.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and stakeholders on mobility and immigration matters.

  • Manage relationships with immigration counsel, relocation providers, and tax vendors, ensuring service quality and cost effectiveness.

  • Monitor changes in immigration and labor regulations and assess business impact. Proactively manage communications to stakeholder groups.

  • Drive continuous improvement of mobility processes, tools, and reporting.

  • Track and report on key mobility and immigration metrics to inform leadership decisions.

Qualifications

  • Advanced global mobility and immigration experience in a matrixed organization supporting the US, Canada and Mexico at a minimum.

  • Deep expertise in US, Mexico and Canadian immigration laws and processes; broader Americas experience is a strong advantage.

  • Solid understanding of global mobility practices, including international assignments and relocation.

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

  • Ability to balance strategic advisory work with hands‑on execution.

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Law, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
