What You'll Do

• Analyze, document, and optimize business processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and support transformation initiatives.
• Develop process maps, workflows, SOPs, and performance metrics to ensure operational consistency and continuous improvement.
• Monitor key process indicators and provide insights and recommendations to drive business performance.
  
   

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Business Process Management (BPM), Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Process Analysis.
• Knowledge of process mapping methodologies, Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN, or related frameworks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English proficiency and experience working in cross-functional environments.
