Job purpose
You will be working within a regional Sales Operations team to guide prospects through the pre-sales elements of the process of selling Alfa Systems, our flagship product. You will work with SMEs from within Alfa to respond to RFPs, ensuring responses are accurate and to a high level of quality. You will work with the Regional Head of Sales Operations to prepare for and deliver demonstrations and workshops and will answer follow-up questions around Alfa Systems and its implementation. You will gain a high level of knowledge of Alfa Systems across all contract lifecycle modules from a functional and technical perspective and will be able to describe this to prospects, ensuring the level of detail is appropriate for the audience. You will be responsible for continuous improvement tasks to increase our impact in all aspects of the sales process. This will include updating sales demonstrations to incorporate new features, based on interactions with Product and Delivery. You will work closely with other members of the team to ensure that the team's short and long term goals are met.
Key responsibilities/ activities:
Supporting the Regional Head of Sales Operations in responding to RFx
Working with SMEs within the company to respond to RFx questions.
Preparation for and delivery of Alfa Systems demonstrations and workshops on to prospective and current clients
Continuous improvement tasks such as updating demonstrations to incorporate new system features.
Continuous learning about Alfa Systems in order to provide the best possible sales experience
Feedback to the Alfa Systems Product team on potential changes that should be made in order to service the market
Required experience /qualifications
Degree qualification in any subject
4+ years’ experience as a Presales Consultant
Experience with software products is preferred but not essential
Experience with Asset or Automotive Finance preferred but not essential
Research and problem-solving skills
Presentation skills and product demonstration skills
Communication skills, both internal and external
Influencing and negotiation skills
Aptitude for time management and organisation
