If so, this GSK Medical Science Liaison advisor role could be an ideal opportunity to explore.
Medical Science Liaison (MSLs) are field based scientists with in-depth knowledge of antiretroviral medicines. MSLs provide non-promotional scientific engagement with HCPs to ensure the safe and appropriate use of GSK’s products but also support data generation based on real-world clinical practice.
Key responsibilities will include:
Scientific Engagements
pre-planned informal discussion
meetings with MSL audience
meetings on request basis
collaboration with RMD, CMD, other experts
Medical Affairs events, Advisory board meetings, scientific workshops, scientific symposia,
external Expert interactions
participating in planning
roles in the MA events
Insight sharing
within Medical Affairs
with Above country level
with the field level commercial team
Support for commercial activities
speaker for webinars, GSK and ViiV HC sponsored speaker events
speaker training for paid speaker events
information sharing and Training support for commercial teams
Basic Requirements:
Master’s degree in Science or Public Health, human life sciences related, PharmD, MD, PhD in science
Minimum 3 years of industry experience in a medical function OR pertaining experience in scientific field (scientific and/or educational medical projects)
English language proficiency (reading and understanding scientific data)
Strong interpersonal, organizational, written, and oral communications skills
Ability to develop relationships based upon trust and mutual respect
Agility, creativity and readiness to travel to meet Experts and to visit treatment Centers
Scientific data sharing and disputing
Additional experience would be advantageous:
Data Experience in the field of HIV
Experience in managing scientific projects or clinical studies
