The purpose of this role is manage two Vendor Administrators, ensure reporting deadlines are met, meeting vendor onboarding KPI’s, on track to complete legacy KYC and assist with performing due diligence when onboarding new suppliers and maintaining the vendor master data in SAP and SAP Ariba.
The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams to ensure vendor partnerships align with the organisation's goals, optimise operational efficiency, and deliver value .

  • Assisting in the resolution of vendor portal queries.

  • Reviewing of Vendor documentation on the portal and maintaining compliance.

  • Maintaining active vendor checklists and ensuring compliance to legislative requirements and maintain on the portal.

  • Identify potential risks within the vendor portfolio and develop strategies to mitigate operational, financial, and reputational risks.

  • Ensure the KYC legacy and day to day KYC target and reporting timelines are met.

Professional Qualification and Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Work Experience:  Experience in vendor management will be an added advantage. Able to prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.  Minimum 5 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.

Knowledge and skills:  Minimum experience MS Office Proficiency, word, outlook, excel and PowerPoint.  The best candidate will have a broad skill set including leadership development, good communication, analytical, excellent business judgment, strong vendor management, curiosity about how things work, and processes can be improved.
