Lead Solutions Architect

As a Lead Technical Solutions Architect supporting Revenue organization, you will define and drive end-to-end technology solutions that accelerate revenue growth, improve selling effectiveness, operational efficiency, internal sales team experience and customer outcomes. You will partner closely with Sales leadership, Sales Ops, Marketing, Customer Success, product owners, engineering teams, and enterprise architects to deliver scalable, secure solutions across platforms—enabling streamlined lead-to-cash processes, strong data quality, and actionable insights.

This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on architect who thrives in a fast-paced environment, influences solution direction at multiple levels, leads cross-functional alignment, and bridges business goals with technical execution to deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Design & Architecture

  • Lead end-to-end solution architecture across the Revenue ecosystem, including CRM, CPQ/quoting, pricing, territory & incentive processes, sales enablement tools, integrations, and analytics.
  • Develop and maintain architecture deliverables: target-state and current-state diagrams, integration models, data flows, and non-functional requirements.
  • Establish and promote reusable patterns for CRM customization, API-first integrations, event-driven design, and data governance.
  • Ensure solution designs align with enterprise architecture principles, security policies, and compliance standards ( HIPAA/GDPR where applicable).

2. Technical Leadership & Delivery Governance

  • Own architecture direction and key technical decisions for Revenue programs, ensuring alignment to enterprise standards and business outcomes.
  • Guide engineering teams through implementation to maintain architectural integrity across the delivery lifecycle.
  • Lead architecture/design reviews. Define and enforce reference patterns, guardrails, and quality standards.
  • Establish decision frameworks and documentation practices, manage architectural risks and technical debt, and drive consistency across releases.
  • Champion scalability, reliability, maintainability, and cost efficiency, using metrics to measure improvements.
  • Mentor and coach solution architects. Improve architecture maturity across the Revenue domain.
  • Communicate effectively and influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to resolve trade-offs and drive timely decisions.

3. Stakeholder Enablement & Innovation

  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into a technology roadmap and sequenced delivery plan.
  • Collaborate with sales operations teams to optimize lead-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-order, forecasting, pipeline, and reporting accuracy.
  • Communicate complex architecture concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive-level updates.
  • Provide technical leadership during vendor evaluation and platform selection (CRM ecosystem tools, sales productivity tooling).

4. Data Integration

  • Drive data architecture decisions that improve revenue visibility: master data alignment (customer/account), data quality, lineage, and reporting accuracy.
  • Define integration strategy across CRM, ERP, marketing systems, CCaaS, and data platforms to enable a unified customer and revenue view.
  • Support observability and operational excellence: monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident learnings to reduce production issues and improve uptime.

5. Governance & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain architectural documentation, standards, and reference architectures specific to the Revenue domain.
  • Promote adherence to Resmed’s data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
  • Continuously improve architecture processes, tooling, and ways of working to accelerate delivery and reduce technical debt.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 10+ years of experience in solutions architecture, with demonstrated leadership across complex enterprise programs.
  • 7+ hands-on architecture experience within Revenue/Sales ecosystems, including CRM, ERP, Sales Enablement tool like Seismic, Gong and adjacent sales technologies (Sales Ops processes, quoting/pricing, forecasting, reporting).
  • Experience with CRM platforms and ecosystems (Salesforce ) and related tooling (CPQ, sales enablement).
  • Experience integrating Revenue systems with ERP and customer platforms (e.g., order management, billing, support/contact center).
  • Excellent understanding of enterprise integration patterns (microservices, middleware, APIs, event-driven architecture).
  • Experience with cloud platforms and modern delivery practices.
  • Experience working in healthcare/MedTech or other regulated industries, with familiarity in compliance practices (HIPAA, GDPR).
  • Experience driving target-state roadmaps, architecture governance, and domain-level standards.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to design effective solutions in dynamic, evolving environment and lead others through it.
