Position Name: Senior CRM Analyst
Position Location: Dubai, UAE

THE ROLE
Client success is driven by having access to data-driven insights about client CRM campaigns and how they drive customer behaviours. We are looking for a talented analyst who will be responsible for unearthing the key trends and insights that will deliver this client success.
In addition to the skills and responsibilities detailed below, we are looking for someone with an inquisitive mind and with story-telling expertise to turn data and information into engaging and actionable insights.
The analyst will be responsible for end-to-end CRM analytics, optimization recommendations and coordination with multiple internal & external stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting
• Regular reporting for CRM campaign performance, database changes and finance burn.
• Work with agency and client teams to design measurement frameworks.
• Design and deliver insights with reports that help the client improve upon agreed KPIs against these frameworks.
• Create engaging data visualizations and dashboards (scheduled and ad-hoc reports) via Google and/or Adobe Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, PowerBI
• Support ad-hoc requests for any CRM performance issues by identifying cause and plan of action for improvement.
• Present internally and externally results, insights and recommendations.
Test & Learn/Optimisation
• Alongside Data Strategy colleagues, create hypotheses based on trends and setup experiments (A/B, Multivariate) in that help improve client campaign performance through the full marketing and sales funnel – from attract & engage to convert & retain.
• Design and develop test and control approaches for clients that ensure we can quickly and effectively deliver performance improvements based on solid data foundations.
Tag Management/Data Governance
• Oversight of tagging used in campaign delivery to ensure compliance with client standards.
• Recommend new approaches to tagging as appropriate to improve insight delivery.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
• 3+ years of experience in CRM reporting and insight development
• Strong knowledge of CRM marketing best practices
• Experience and proficiency with reporting and data visualization packages (e.g. Looker Studio, PowerBI, etc…)
• Data manipulation: Excel/Google Sheets (must have), SQL based data platform (preferred), Managing BigQuery/Cloud data repository for storytelling (preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with segmentation and audience targeting
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proactive and enthusiastic self-starter
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization
• Ability to provide training and support to team members as required
• Ability to coordinate with external partners, agencies and clients
• Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies
