DH Pace Company, Inc. aspires to hire a Manager in our Olathe, KS office. This position will have the responsibility of leading, coaching, training, and motivating a team of Account Coordinators/Project Administrators within our National Accounts Division. As an Account Manager, you will work in conjunction with your direct reports to ensure they are meeting National clients' needs while serving as the primary face and voice to the clients. 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Provide leadership and general management of Account Coordinators/Project Administrators including quality performance monitoring, improving processes, and development of employees 
  • Develop, manage, and implement operational process and procedure improvements to decrease costs and increase profitability
  • Work with Operations Management Team to monitor operating budgets and action plans to meet those objectives 
  • Collaborate with internal departments for assurance National Account Customer needs are fulfilled – ensuring the team is communicating consistently with customers to keep them informed of all work orders 
  • Conduct employee performance reviews, document performance issues, and provide necessary employee counseling with targeted improvement action plans 
  • Develop relationships with our National Account Customers, seek feedback and provide updates, ensure their problems are resolved timely, and conduct follow-up tasks as needed 
  • Other responsibilities as assigned  

Job Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of direct management / peer management experience preferred; will consider an equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Must have proven experience in a fast-paced environment, juggling a lot of responsibility, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills 
  • Previous analytical experience identifying trends in key performance indicators and recommending solutions on a national scale 
  • Prefer experience in the Service Industry where there was a focus on service, sales and cost control 
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Access and Outlook a must
