We Innovate to shape the future of CRE, so in this role you will:

• Create and manage infrastructure on a global, dynamic network.
• Develop processes to move operational support to Enterprise Operation Center.
• Assist other IT groups to spread understanding of the network infrastructure.
• Participate in architecture design and implementation of infrastructure monitoring, security, and scaling solutions.
• Ensure network performance, and uptime.
• Managing cloud network environments in accordance with company security guidelines
• Proactive, able to prioritize, demonstrating excellent communication skills with technical and nontechnical audiences
• Employ exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to see and solve issues before they affect business productivity.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
• Documentation of current processes and updating documentation with process changes.
• Partner with the Enterprise Operations Teams to inform on new standards/best practices/policies.
• Ensure that SLOs (Service-level objectives), SLAs (Service-level agreements), OLAs (Internal metrics) and SLIs (Service-level indicators) are met.
• Provide 3^rd level operational support for end users as necessary.

We Stand for Excellence, so to achieve success in this role you should have:

• Demonstrated experience in designing and maintaining a global network for an enterprise-sized company.
• Experience in designing AWS and Azure environments from scratch.
• Experience configuring Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) solutions, specifically Aruba HP and HPE, as well as Fortinet.
• Proficient in routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP (with potential experience in EIGRP, eBGP, or iBGP.)
• Demonstrated experience with Network Access Control (NAC) using Aruba ClearPass.
• Candidate must be capable of working with hardware in a frontline organizational role.
