Responsibilities:

  • Established the production standard methods  for current proces according to the process floe diagram and control plan, integrating the 4M's (Material, Machine, Method and Main).
  • Supports the training processes to achieve the training shedule according to the established standard.
  • Develops and maintains updated the necesary documents to establish the production standard (SOP, procedures, Forms, etc.).
  • Assist the production department to solve the process issues that effect the main KPI in the areas of Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost (SQDC) by evaluating the 4M's + 2M's.
  • Assist the quality department in solving issues and develop imporvement activities that coming from internal and external sources.
  • Assist the maintenance department in solving issues, search and implement improvement activities on machines and/or production equipment.
  • Confirms that the BOM  is met and submit periodic recommendations and/or changes of is needed to keep updated the material comsumption.
  • Established and/or participates in continuos improvement projects (Kaisen, Lean system, VPS, projects, 6 sigma, etc).

Qualifications:

Technician or graduate in Mechanical, Industrial or similar Engineering. T

3 or more years experience on the manufacturing processes, preferably in chemical industruies, or rubber molding. Assembly processes and automation of stations, programing of PLC, Robots or Cobots.

Process Engineering Process Map, Lean methodology (VPS Tools basic), Manufacturing process principles (assembly or mixing or bonding or plastic or MCU or curing). Manufacturing Process (process design, specification book and process release). IATF 16949, Core Tools, AMEF and interpretation of drawing GD&T and basic knowledges in ISO 14001, 50001 and 45001.
