About the Role/You


The primary goal of this role is to drive sustainable operational improvements across various teams within the STEM College, with a strong focus on delivering measurable benefits to the organisation. Leveraging your expertise in implementing solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, you will evaluate and ensure the effectiveness of our data visualisation reports using Power BI. This role requires you to collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs, conduct thorough data analysis, and ensure data accuracy, while also leading process improvement initiatives and spearheading the digitisation of business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

To be successful in this position, you’ll have:

  • An in-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 products, especially SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI, and other Power Platform tools.

  • The capability to recognise inefficient business processes and transform them into streamlined, automated workflows.

  • Experience in designing, building, and managing workflows and automations using Power Automate.

  • Strong skills in data modelling, report creation, and dashboard development in Power BI.

  • Experience managing projects, including planning, execution, and delivery of M365-based solutions.

  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders, gather requirements, and deliver solutions.
