As the Lead Workflow Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in building, shaping, and maintaining our workflow catalog to match the needs of our customers challenges.  This role will work side by side with our Product & Product Marketing teams to strategize and prioritize workflows to be designed.  In addition, this role will also be heavily engaged with our channel partners ensuring they have the knowledge and understanding on how to lead the change for industry leading workflow adoption.  You will work directly with our customers in a pre-sales and post-sale adoption capacity, identifying challenges and positioning workflow value by ways of presentations, whiteboards, demo’s, and advice customers and partners on process optimization using workflows.  You will also be instrumental in educating internal and external teams and building effective relationships to be our subject matter expert in all things “Workflows”.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Support and Enablement
    • Work with our Channel team to identify and support building out our Partner echo-system.
    • Identify go-to partners with a success record of helping customers improve legacy workflows with custom built flows leveraging next-gen workflow management, file synch and share, as well as electronic signature.
  • Product Management
    • Work closely with our product management teams to help guide, develop, and prioritize new features.
    • Represent customer facing workflow needs and feed these into the product teams.
  • Pre-Sales Support
    • Partner with our Pre-Sales teams on identifying legacy workflows that can be modernized with our next-gen workflow solutions.
    • Assist with technical discovery, demos, and proof of concepts to showcase and position value with our customers.
    • Provide sales with technical trainings to improve their opportunity discovery around workflows.
  • Customer Success & Adoption
    • Provide post-sale adoption support to ensure customers achieve a fast time to value. (First Active Use, Meaningful Use, Expansion needs)
    • Engage our largest Podio customers to drive further adoption and expansion opportunities.
    • Partner with our Customer Success and Renewals teams as they identify customer adoption needs and engage these customers to drive additional value and reduce churn.
    • Host monthly adoption webinars to our existing customers showcasing new features and driving more adoption of their solution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or 8+ years related field experience.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on workflow automation
  • 3+ years developing and implementing no code and low code tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Leadership experience and the ability to guide and mentor staff.

Preferred Experience:

  • 5+ years supporting Podio Workflows and eSignature technologies or similar solutions (AirTable, Monday.com, DocuSign).
  • 3+ years experience supporting File Sync and Share solutions like ShareFile, Box, and DropBox.
  • Previous experience using low code tools and scripts like PHP, JavaScript, and YAML to configure conditions and automations.
