The Role

  • Responsible for the full lifecycle implementation of FI, CO, and associated SAP modules from sales pursuit to post-implementation support
  • Specializes in SAP package solutions and their functional capabilities, using them to address business requirements, reduce costs, and improve operational visibility.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Develop business cases, project plans, and complex, multi-partner proposals for migration or implementation, incorporating non-technical aspects of transformation, including OCM, process improvement frameworks, and benefits realization.
  • Lead written responses and oral presentations using on-site and remote technologies for RFIs, RFPs, and unsolicited proposals.
  • Manage a team responsible for package software application implementation through configuration and development.
  • Establish and maintain long-term executive relationships by performing billable advisory services.
  • Lead projects, allocate resources, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate with senior management to set departmental objectives.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Monitor and report on project progress and financial metrics.
  • Foster an environment of teamwork and effective communication.
  • Identify and address technical and operational challenges proactively.
  • Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience in the industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role, years of relevant work experience in software engineering and management
  • More than 5 years of experience in Presales and RFP processes.
  •  Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies
  • Proven experience in team management and software project execution
  • Solid technical knowledge in package applications
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills

Other Qualifications:
• Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus (e.g., MBA)
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CTO) or advanced training a plus

Work Environment: 

  • At this time, you may be required to travel up to 40% as part of the job function.
  • This role does not provide visa sponsorship now, nor will in the future.

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $125,600 - $233,200.
