Main responsibilities:

  • Managing the assigned territory and effectively promoting Lilly products to achieve agreed promotional and business objectives.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long‑term relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Representing Lilly in all customer interactions and conducting business activities with high performance, professionalism, and integrity, in line with company policies and compliance standards.
  • Planning and executing regular, high‑quality customer engagements to ensure effective scientific and promotional communication.
  • Organizing and supporting scientific meetings, workshops, and conferences in the assigned territory.
  • Collaborating closely with cross‑functional partners to ensure consistent implementation of brand strategies and customer‑centric solutions.

  • proven ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
  • understanding of cardiometabolic diseases (diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular conditions) and associated therapies
  • high commitment towards achieving sales goals,
  • good planning and organization skills,
  • ability to manage sales activities in the dedicated territory,
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills for scientific exchange
  • analytical thinking,
  • fast learner, open-minded and agile personality
  • enthusiastic, committed, and accountable towards success
  • English language skills,
  • driving license category B,
  • computer skills (including MS Office).
