Náplň práce:

• Osoba zodpovědná za komunikaci se zákazníkem , podle jehož informací vytváří plán potřeb (EDI), tyto informace zadává do systému řízení výroby (Brain).

• Příprava dokumentace související s expedicí (dodací listy, plán nakládek a vykládek), kontrola pohybu zboží.

• Objednávání dopravy (vnitrostátní, mezinárodní).

• Zajištění zásobování výrobních pracovišť materiálem a organizace expedičního skladu.

• Podílí se na aktualizaci procedur a interních směrnic, popř. dokumentů související s oddělením logistiky, udržuje aktivní povědomí o SMJ u sebe i svých podřízených.

• Dodržování H&S&E (BOZP, PO a ŽP) dle platných směrnic

• Dodržování ergonomie

• Dbá na dodržování předpisů o BOZP, PO, ochrany životního prostředí a energetického managementu
