En RCI, empresa líder mundial en intercambios vacacionales, estamos en búsqueda de un/a Analista de Nómina para unirse a nuestro equipo en Uruguay bajo modalidad híbrida.

Responsabilidades principales:

Realizar la liquidación de haberes de empleados activos y egresados, garantizando exactitud y cumplimiento de plazos.

Gestionar impuestos y retenciones (BPS, BSE) y ejecutar ajustes posteriores al cierre contable.

Mantener actualizado el sistema de liquidación de sueldos con ingresos, egresos y cambios provistos por RRHH.

Preparar pagos de sueldos y adelantos, coordinando con bancos la acreditación en tiempo y forma.

Registrar y aprobar asientos contables de nómina, trabajando junto al área contable en conciliaciones.

Participar en el cierre contable mensual, realizando verificaciones, provisiones y conciliaciones.

Elaborar informes, listados y documentación fiscal para organismos estatales (DGI, AIN, Registro de Comercio).

Colaborar en auditorías y en el análisis de resultados vs. presupuestos.

Requisitos excluyentes:

Estudiante de Contador Público, E.D.A. o Tecnicatura en Administración de Empresas (UTU).

Experiencia comprobable en tareas similares.

Buen manejo de Excel.

Requisitos valorados:

Portugués e inglés.

Conocimientos en bases de datos (Access, Snowflake, etc).

Competencias clave:

Compromiso y autogestión.

Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.

Buenas habilidades interpersonales.

Integridad, confidencialidad y flexibilidad.

Jornada laboral:

Modalidad híbrida.

Lunes a viernes, de 9:00 a 17:00 hs.
