As a Senior Software Integration Engineer for our Digital Banking Infrastructure, your primary responsibility will be to establish core digital banking and wallet solutions, while also overseeing the integration of infrastructure, networks, and real-time payment processing.

Role Responsibilities

  • Be a strong resource in the regional engineering operations team and support maintenance, enhancements, and security.

  • Work on innovative, actionable, and efficient technology solutions to drive API development and enhancements on the MuleSoft platform for the assigned region.

  • Develop and implement new software, maintain and improve existing software.

  • Ensure that software functionality is implemented with a focus on code optimization and organization.

  • Interface and collaborate with software development teams and service providers in a geographically distributed structure.

  • Strong emphasis on customer journey, product quality, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and continuous development.

  • Develop technical & domain expertise and apply it in solving product challenges.

Role Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, and 6+ years of professional software development experience. Equivalent experience will be considered.

  • Hands-on experience working with and managing the MuleSoft platform including Any Point Studio, Exchange, and Connectors.

  • Experience developing Spring Boot microservices is a must have.

  • A proven track record of writing high-quality, efficient code to build new APIs or integrate various system functionalities using existing APIs on the MuleSoft platform.

  • Experience with agile development methodologies in Test Driven Development (TDD) and CI/CD.

  • Experience with unit testing and mocking frameworks.

  • Strong technical skills in architecture patterns, solutions design, and integration development, with an understanding of data structures, algorithms, OOP, and OOA/D.

  • Hands-on experience in building microservices-based architecture and platforms developed and deployed at scale.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative development environment and adapt to changing business priorities and thrive under pressure.

Salary

The base salary range is $85,600 - $146,000 USD per year. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
