We are looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Manager (f/m/d) Respiratory to ensure the smooth delivery of high-quality products and services for our client projects.

What you'll be doing:
Support the planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout phases of assigned clinical studies.
Work directly with clinical trial sites to ensure successful startup and closeout of our services.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and optimize delivery.
Troubleshoot technical implementations and configurations of data collection systems.
Act as a point of contact for clients, providing assistance and addressing issues.
Conduct site-specific training and provide support for project management tasks.
Manage study equipment and generate reports to enhance customer experience and data quality.
Identify potential study risks and escalate issues as needed.
Engage in problem-solving and track issues to ensure timely resolution.
Work with sponsors and sites to ensure excellent customer service throughout the study.
What we look for:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management.
3-5 years of project management experience, ideally in the pharmaceutical or related industry.
Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes and relevant software.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and customer service skills. · Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of pharmaceutical drug development.
Ability to travel approximately 10% with a valid passport.
