Act as a technical focal point for cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and rapid resolution of major customer problems across diverse security domains. Mentor junior engineers and curate best practices to improve team efficiency and technical capabilities. Partner with clients in a consultative manner to address security challenges, demonstrate ROI, and ensure compliance with industry regulatory guidelines. Create and deliver technical documentation, training, and digital intellectual capital to facilitate knowledge transfer and drive customer technology transitions.
