Job Description
Unit: Governance, Assurance, and Planning
Designation: Intern, Internal Communications
Reporting to: Assurance Executive
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Internal Communication Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will support communication efforts within the organization by designing impactful visual content, editing engaging videos, and assisting in the execution of communication strategies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Design:
Create and edit videos for various internal communication initiatives, ensuring high-quality output.
Develop creative designs for posters, infographics, and presentations to support internal initiatives and announcements.
Internal Communication Support:
Assist in drafting, editing, and publishing internal communication materials such as announcement, emails, and updates.
Collaborate with team members to develop engaging content aligned with organizational goals.
Project Coordination:
Support the planning and execution of internal campaigns, events, and activities related to Governance, Assurance, and Planning.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather information and ensure timely delivery of communication deliverables.
Administrative Support:
Assist in managing internal communication channels and maintaining a repository of communication materials.
Organize and coordinate meetings or workshops related to communication and branding initiatives.
Competencies & Core Skill Sets
Diploma or Degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut) and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of branding principles and corporate communication best practices is a plus.

GAP will monitor, maintain and enforce policies and will also liaise with other Group ICT departments for related deliverables and submissions.
GAP will identify, organize, review and maintain where applicable, all data related to projects, assets and systems under care, contracts and financials.
