POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Talent Specialist leads strategic recruitment efforts for diverse roles, including complex and senior-level positions. Partnering with senior leadership, this role develops and executes talent strategies, strengthens employer branding, and drives continuous improvement in the hiring process. Serves as a subject matter expert and mentor within the Talent team.

DESCRIPTION

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across multiple departments.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, to assess workforce needs and develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract outstanding talent.
  • Advise on talent market trends, competitive intelligence, and recruitment best practices.
  • Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and guide hiring decisions while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
  • Apply targeted sourcing and research techniques, including online searches, social media, networking, and campaigns, to build diverse talent pipelines.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate engagement.
  • Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to inform decision-making and strategy.
  • Represent the company at industry events, career fairs, and networking functions.
  • Perform related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition.
  • Proven success in developing and executing strategic sourcing and recruitment plans.
  • Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Boolean search.

  • High degree of professional maturity, integrity, and ability to maintain confidential data and information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
