About the Platform Team:
As a Product Manager on the Platform team at Narmi, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Narmi Grow products. Reporting to our Group Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining, executing, and continuously refining our product vision and customer delivery. You will own the product roadmap, ensuring seamless execution and innovation across the entire product lifecycle. Your work will involve deep collaboration with Engineering, Operations, Business Development, and our Co-Founders to determine the "what" and "why" of Narmi’s future products and features
The expected annual base salary for this role is $120,000 - $155,000. Base salary is only part of your total compensation. In addition to base salary, you will receive an equity option grant, and are eligible for performance-based cash and equity bonuses. Compensation included in an offer will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation ranges for candidates located outside of New York City may differ. You will also receive a full benefits package.
